One antique hand crafted pendant/brooch of traditional late Victorian design, circa 1890, acid tested at 14 karat gold purity. A central six claw setting secures a faceted round sapphire surrounded by (half) seed pearls bead set in frame. The brooch measures 30.0mm in diameter secured by a hinged pin and "C" catch. A hinged pendant loop is concealed at the top/back of the frame.
