One antique yellow gold brooch of classic design, circa 1900, acid tested at 14 karat gold purity. The brooch features a heart shaped centre with ribbon accents extending on the sides and at the top. The brooch is bead and tube set with the seed pearls described in detail below. The brooch measures 41.6mm by 20.4mm secured by a hinged pin (safety catch missing).
