from Vancouver April/May 1986 Royal visit
Upon their visit to Vancouver The Prince and Princess of Wales
resided at The Pan-Pacific Hotel in Vancouver.
Upon their departure the following items were left by
Charles and Diana on their bedroom nightstand:
1. April 30 to May 7 1986 Book of daily sheets itinerary Titled- THE VISIT of THEIR ROYAL HIGHNESSES THE PRINCE AND PRINCESS OF WALES 1986
2. Canada Government reference book..65-pages Titled- The 1986 visit to Canada of Their Royal Highnesses The Prince and Princess of Wales.....Reference Material
3. Partridge Fine Arts Limited Summer Exhibition catalogue 144-146 New Bond Street London W1Y 0LY.....191 pages with colour images. This catalogue was left on Their Royal Highnesses nightstand in their personal room upon their departure.
4. 8 inch x 10 inch colour photograph of Princess Diana and Prince Charles taken on their 1986 visit by photgrapher Bill Jans.
5. 8 inch x 10 inch framed colour photograph of Princess Diana and Prince Charles with Canadian dignitaries such as Brian Mulrooney photographed by Bill Jans during their 1986 visit.
6. A handwritten letter by Roger Singh an employee at The Pan-Pacific
Hotel in Vancouver during the visit of Their Royal Highnesses which reads as follows: In may 1986 The Prince and Princess of Wales
visited Vancouver to open EXPO-86. They along with their entourage stayed at The Pan-Pacific Hotel where I worked as a room service waiter.
Following their departure, and after security cleared all rooms, I was one of the few that was assigned to remove dishes, trays, and carts.
Left on the nightstand, (in the room), occupied by The Royals was a fine art catalogue issued by The Partridge Gallery- an item held by them and brought from England.
In the adjoining room occupied by British Security was The binder of The Royal itinerary- no smart phones back then
I obtained permission to keep the catalogue along with The Royal Itinerary from my manager.

All of the above 6 items are included in this lot.
