OUGHT TO BE FREE AND INDEPENDENT STATES.
Note: small scratches left of center .5 inches in length
REVERSE LEGEND-
IN COMMEMORATION OF THE HUNDREDTH ANNIVERSARY
OF AMERICAN INDEPENDENCE ACT OF CONGRESS JUNE 1874
