One antique brooch of classic design, circa 1880, acid tested at 14/15 karat gold purity. The brooch comprises a central modified claw/bezel setting securing a faceted Citrine surrounded by a decorative edge of fern fronds. The brooch measures 46.55mm by 39.0mm oval secured by a hinged pin and traditional “C” catch.
One faceted Citrine estimated to weigh 51.80 carats
