This Limited Edition fountain pen pays tribute to one of the greatest minds of the Renaissance Leonardo Da Vinci. Every detail of the design reflects directly the original sketches of flying machines and mechanical construction of Leonardo.The wedge shapes reminiscent of his way to connect with each other mechanical parts. The gears that decorate the cone and placed on the rotary clip, recall his many inventions activated by devices. The shape of a wing engraved on the front and the bat gold nib 750 pay tribute to his study on the characteristics of flying animals, while the mirror on top of the hood, which reveals the Montblanc emblem, is a reference to its research in the field of optics. This edition, honors one of the greatest pioneers of science, and is limited to 3,000 Fountain Pens and Roller pens.
