Case: 49mm Open face, Vacheron & Constantin Genève, 18k gold no. 213305. Case opens and closes without problem. Beautiful enameling on the back of the case.
Dial: Signed, Arabic numerals, original gold spade hands. dial does have some small scratches but does not have any hairlines.
The watch is running well and keeping time. Case, crystal and dial show some wear. Some enameling has chipped on the back. The case has custom engraving on the inside dust cover as shown in images.
